Taxi can't reach , the receptionist throws our luggage in the middle of the street to wait for the Taxi after zuher prayer telling us the was serves another 80 rooms and haven't enough time to wait . Also the room and closet were so dirty.

Getting into hotel with Taxi...as most of the time roads are closed so getting to the hotel is a bog issue....the best is to go from the tunnel and drop off under the Clock Tower

not worth staying at this property

Just the location.. other than that nothing is appropriate able.. Due to the room bad condition i had to cancel my booking and had to move other property.

Very dirty hotel.. rooms are very small even the bigger rooms are so dirty and very old furniture, room conditions is very bad.. NOT recommended as compare to other close by properties.

Location, location, location. Very close to the Masjid.

The room is small, and the sink and the bathroom drainage in the room that's assigned to us did not work. So water got collected in the sink making brushing our teeth and washing up inconvenient.

over all.... not a good value for the money.

The Hotel location is excellent.

I did not like the following: 1) Staff was rude. 2) Hotel is not at all a 5 star hotel but mentioned under Booking site as 5 star hotel 3) Toilet was dirty and seat was broken 4) After bath, water was flooded in the bath area. no proper drainage slope in toilet. 5) Bottled water provided by the hotel. Few bottles were open or used one. I informed them so they replaced. but if I have kept quiet , I think I may be using some used bottles ? 6) I called front desk Reception for more than one hour, but no answer. Hotel should keep the desk operator always available if it is a5 star hotel. 7) Reception was co-operative if I wanna extend my check-out time to asar time, he told he will keep the luggage outside the room in some storage area if you don't check out at 2 pm. Infact, I stayed last time in Marwa Al rehaan rotana, they were very professional and agreed for by late check out time to 4 pm. over all.... not a good value for the money.

- The mosque was too closed.

- The mosque was too closed. It is 5 minutes distance.

- The location was far away for taxi to approach the hotel. I payed extra amount to trasfer the luggage from the taxi to hotel by local laborers. - The area was crowded. - The room was too narrow; very difficult to room around. - No changes in breakfast. Same menue for entire the stay. - As I stayed in many hotels around the world I feel this hotel is not having 5* rating.

Perfect fit for a religious stay

location is great and very close to the holy mosque and commercial area. Average hotel but perfect fit for the religious purpose with fair value for money.

too tight king bed room that is not kids friendly. No parking or even car access (had to move with luggage for a long walk). No key to turn off bathroom light.
